Can these be left out in strong weather?

No, the folding arm awning is probably more for sun protection than wind and rain. We often recommend installing wind sensors on these awnings so if they are accidentally left out, they automatically retract.

Really big thank you to Outdoor Blinds South-West for excellent customer service and installation. 5 electric blinds with the slimline aluminium box in my new built patio. The blinds not only look amazing and they are hooked up to the Neobox which connects to my wifi. Set up was really easy. I am able to schedule my blinds to open after sunset and drops down at 10am where the morning sun starts to glare. I can also roll down my blind remotely so the rain doesn't soak my furniture with messy dust and rain. I also can schedule some blinds to open 1/2 way when the morning glare is finished. That really set out the difference which makes the blinds look amazing.

Caring For Your Outdoor Blinds

Maintenance is the only key to a clean and enduring Blind.

Maintenance

To apply, lower the blind all the way; evenly apply the spray in the groove between the spline and the track. Do this for the front of the blind only, on both the left and right sides. After lubrication, open and close the blind several times.

Cleaning

Do not use window cleaning detergents to clean the PVC. Clean the blind with Swiftee® outdoor blind cleaner. Never allow bird droppings, dirt or stains to remain on the PVC for long periods of time.

After Installation

PVC and Sunscreen Mesh blinds have been rolled up for transportation. You may need to leave the blinds down for several days to allow the material to settle.suggest you to contact us and hire a trained professional.
